We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If things don't work out, our straightforward return process is here to help.
30-Day Return Policy
At QSat, we take pride in the quality of our educational kits. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of receiving them.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Item must be in its original, unopened packaging.
- All components, manuals, and accessories must be included.
- Item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
How to Start a Return
Initiate Request
Log in to your account, go to "My Orders", and select the "Return" option for the item you wish to return. Alternatively, contact us at support@qsat.in.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging. Include the original invoice or a note with your order number.
Pickup or Shipping
We will arrange a pickup for most locations. If pickup is not available, we'll provide instructions for shipping it back to us (we'll reimburse shipping costs for defective items).
Inspection & Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Refund Timelines
Debit/Credit Cards
5-10 business days depending on your bank's processing time.
Net Banking / UPI
3-5 business days from the time of approval.
Cash on Delivery
Refunded via bank transfer or store credit (as per your choice).
Store Credits
Instant (within 24 hours of approval).
Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Digital downloads or software licenses once accessed.
- Items that have been assembled or modified.
- Items with missing parts or damaged original packaging.
- Promotional items marked as "Final Sale".
